You need to have at least three years of experience within Customer Onboarding Services. As the first point of contact for new customers, you will play a crucial role in guiding them through the initial application stages of our products and services. You will be responsible for providing personalized support through the new customer onboarding screening and documentation checks and collection, advocating for customers needs and collaborating with teams to enhance the onboarding experience. You need to have a deep understanding of the company.
