- You are a team player and good in communication within your work environment

- You are familiar with various operating systems (Linux, Windows) in physical and virtual environments
- You are a good troubleshooter and perform root cause analysis on system incidents and involve partners or vendors in the problem solving process
- You are familiar with the setup and customization of workstations and laptops, and have a high understanding of a secure work place
- You can follow instructions and perform scheduled maintenance tasks and system patches
- You are familiar with industry standard backup and restore solutions
- You have experience in network and firewall configuration and testing
What you are good at
Key skills you have
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent education in computer science or related field.
- Understanding of the technical environment
- Understanding the limitations of the technology, and be familiar with the basic hardware and software building blocks of the environment
- Knowledge and/or experience with infrastructure supporting full software development lifecycle
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience working in the financial service or similar industry
- Experience with Linux, Windows and VMware
- SQL and Shell scripting
