KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Develop and execute the processes and procedures required to ensure successful delivery of new and existing services, ensuring new clients & solutions are transitioned into service successfully
- Liaise with external suppliers and contracts as required, to ensure effective delivery of service
- Configures client workstations and assists with PC installations and swaps
- Provides end user support and obtains technical support, as required
- Perform scheduled maintenance and patches
- Provides remediation and mitigation plans for software vulnerabilities in all environments
- Perform root cause analysis on system incidents
- Backup and restore services
- Investigate issues when scheduled jobs are not performing as designed
What you are good at
Key Skills You Have
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Understanding of the technical environment - Understanding the limitations of the technology, and be familiar with the basic hardware and software building blocks of the environment
- Knowledge and/or experience with infrastructure supporting full software development lifecycle
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience working as a Technology Lead in the financial service industry
- Experience with Linux, Windows and VMware
- Candidate should have strong experience developing Executive Level presentations in PowerPoint
- Candidate should have strong Microsoft Excel experience with experience creating Pivot Tables/Charts, VLOOKUP’s, and Formula based functions as required
