• Next step is to confirm your email address. Therefore open your mailbox and press on the activation link “Activate Now” located in the mail we have sent after successful account creation. If you can not find the mail please check your SPAM folder.

2FA is a further step to ensure proper account security and a mandatory feature to use all functions of your Globiance account.

How to activate 2FA

• The first step is to download the Google Authenticator app for your Android or iOS device. If you need help getting started, please have a look at Google’s official support page.

If you do not have access to Google Play or Apple App Store, you can use other options to install Google Authenticator: Android Download, Google Chrome Plugin, or iTunes App Store

• Log in to your Globiance account.
• Click on “Profile”
• Open the security tab and click then on “ENABLE 2FA”

• Enter the OTP code sent via mail within 60 seconds
• Scan the QR code with your Google Authenticator app or enter the key manually

You will receive a notification if 2FA has been successfully activated.

KYC verification is a process which involves submitting a copy of your identity document, such as a passport, driving license, national ID to confirm your identity.

Completing your KYC verification is mandatory to use the full functionality of your Globiance account.

How to activate KYC 

• Navigate to your Profile
• Click on “KYC”
• Fill in your personal details and press submit. Please make sure to enter your details in the exact same way as it is shown on the document. You will then start the KYC procedure with our third-party KYC provider.
• Please reach out to the support team in case you have any difficulties completing your KYC

How to upgrade your account to corporate

*It is mandatory to complete your KYC first before you are able to upgrade it to a corporate account. 

• Navigate to your profile
• Click on “KYB”

• Fill in the needed information and press submit. You will then start the KYB  procedure with our third-party KYC provider.
• Please reach out to the support team in case you have any difficulties completing your KYB

How to deposit FIAT currencies?

There are two ways to deposit FIAT currencies by “Bank Transfer” or by “Credit Card”

Via Bank Transfer

• Navigate to the “Payments” section 
• Click on deposit and fill in all necessary details and it will show you the bank details and your client ID. Please use your client-Id as a reference for your wire transfer.

*Please note that we currently only accept SEPA transfers 

*For deposits via Bank Transfer we do not charge any fees 

Via Credit Card

• Navigate to the “Payments” section 
• Click on deposit and fill in all necessary details and it will show you the bank details and your client ID. Please use your client-Id as a reference for your wire transfer.

*Please note that deposits via Credit Card currently have a 4.99% fee

Make sure that your card must be in date and not expired

The name on your card matches the name you have listed on your account.

In the case of any cards that are only initiated (Example A.B Smith) can be approved along with a copy of your bank statement.

• Navigate to the “Wallet” section 
• Search for the right crypto currency and click on “DEPOSIT”
• Copy your wallet address or scan the QR code and send your crypto tokens to it

As soon as the transaction is completed on the blockchain your tokens will be instantly credited

How to withdraw FIAT currencies?

• Navigate to the “Payments” section and click on “Withdrawal”
• Create a “Beneficiary” in the appropriate tab and save it 
• Fill in the missing details and press “SUBMIT”

*Withdrawals are usually processed within 1-3 working days

How to withdraw CRYPTO currencies?

• Navigate to the “Wallet” section 
• Search for the right crypto currency and click on “WITHDRAW”
• Enter your destination wallet address and the amount of tokens you want to send and press on “SUBMIT”
• Enter your 2FA code to verify your transaction

*Please note that you have to wait 24hours after completing your KYC before you are allowed to make any withdrawal

How to trade using our Exchange

• Navigate to the Exchange 

• Choose your Trading Pair in the left window
• Choose if you want to place a “Limit” or “Market” order
• Place your order and wait until it gets filled
• At the bottom of the exchange you will find your open orders and your trade history. You can switch between them by clicking on the name
• To cancel an open order you have to select your trading pair and scroll down to the “Open order” section and press on the “x” at the end of the entry to cancel an order

Or you can use quick swap for a faster way to swap stable coins. Just click on the quick swap tab choose your order and you’re good to go.

How To Trade using Quick Swap

• Navigate to “Quick Swap”

• Select “Limit” or “Market” order
• Choose the tokens you want to swap and enter an amount
• Press “SWAP” to complete the trade

At the bottom of the exchange tab you will find your ongoing orders and your trade history.

• On the login page, please click on the forgot password.

• A new window will open, write your email address and press submit.

• You will receive an email, at your mail address that you’ve used for registration. Please check your inbox if it’s not shown in your inbox make sure to check your spam folder.

Click on Reset Password and proceed with creating the new password.
