As of today, we’ve achieved a new milestone, with 23.74% of total user refunds successfully completed. This reflects steady advancement in our commitment to reimbursing all affected users in a secure, organized, and reliable manner.
Refunds continue to be issued in well-managed batches to maintain accuracy, ensure compliance, and support smooth execution across all regions.
At the same time, work is actively progressing in additional regions, with upcoming batches already being prepared and scheduled for distribution.
We recognize that many users are still waiting for their refunds, and we want to assure you that the process is moving forward consistently. Each eligible user will receive a direct email notification outlining their individual refund timeline once their batch is finalized.
Although certain global factors may impact timelines, our commitment to completing the refund process remains firm and unchanged.
We will keep sharing clear and timely updates as new milestones are reached.
