As of today, we have reached a new milestone, with 23.39% of the total user refunds now successfully completed. This marks continued progress in our ongoing efforts to compensate all affected users in a structured and secure manner.
Refunds are being processed in carefully managed batches to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across all regions.
Regional progress:
• 80% of eligible users in Australia have successfully received their refunds ✅
• 20% of eligible users in Brazil have successfully received their refunds ✅
Work is actively ongoing in additional regions, with more refund batches currently being prepared and scheduled for processing.
We understand that many users are still awaiting their refunds, and we want to reassure you that the process is progressing steadily. Each eligible user will receive a direct email notification with their specific refund timeline once their batch is ready.
While global factors may introduce certain variables, our commitment to completing the refund process remains strong and unchanged.
