Globiance Refund Progress Reaches 77.78% Milestone

Hello everyone,

We are pleased to share the latest update regarding the refund process following the 2024 security incident.

As of today, 77.78% of total user refunds have been successfully completed. This continued progress reflects our commitment to reimbursing all affected users through a secure, structured, and transparent process.

Refund distributions continue to be processed in carefully coordinated batches to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient execution across all supported regions.

Current Regional Refund Completion Status

✅ 100.00% of eligible users in Hong Kong have received their refunds.
✅ 100.00% of eligible users in Singapore have received their refunds.
✅ 100.00% of eligible users in Brazil have received their refunds.
✅ 99.50% of eligible users in Australia have received their refunds.
✅ 64.82% of eligible users in Japan have received their refunds.

The latest refund batches have now been successfully processed, resulting in another increase in the overall refund completion rate. Our global reimbursement program continues to move forward as planned, with additional batches currently being prepared for the remaining eligible users.

Refund processing remains active across supported regions, with our teams working closely alongside payment providers and regional partners to ensure every distribution is completed accurately, securely, and as efficiently as possible.

We understand that some users are still awaiting their refunds, and we appreciate your continued patience throughout this process. Each eligible user will receive a direct email notification with their individual refund schedule once their batch has been finalized.

Although processing timelines may vary depending on regional and operational requirements, our commitment to completing the refund program remains unchanged.
