As of today, 73.56% of total user refunds have been successfully completed. This milestone reflects the continued progress of our global reimbursement program and our commitment to ensuring that all eligible users receive their refunds through a secure and transparent process.

Refund distributions continue to be processed in carefully coordinated batches across all supported regions to maintain accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Current Regional Refund Completion Status

✅ 100.00% of eligible users in Hong Kong have received their refunds
✅ 100.00% of eligible users in Singapore have received their refunds
✅ 100.00% of eligible users in Brazil have received their refunds
✅ 92.35% of eligible users in Australia have received their refunds
✅ 58.58% of eligible users in Japan have received their refunds

The latest completed refund batches have contributed to the continued increase in overall refund progress.

Refund processing remains active in remaining regions, with additional batches currently being finalized and scheduled for distribution. Our teams continue working closely with payment providers and regional partners to ensure refunds are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Users whose refunds are included in upcoming batches will receive direct email notifications with further details regarding their refund timeline.
