As of today, we have reached another significant milestone, with 73.15% of total user refunds successfully completed. This reflects continued progress and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to reimbursing all affected users through a secure, structured, and transparent process.
Refund distributions continue to be processed in carefully coordinated batches to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient execution across all supported regions.
Current Regional Refund Completion Status
✅ 100.00% of eligible users in Hong Kong have received their refunds
✅ 100.00% of eligible users in Singapore have received their refunds
✅ 100.00% of eligible users in Brazil have received their refunds
✅ 90.17% of eligible users in Australia have received their refunds
✅ 57.67% of eligible users in Japan have received their refunds
Additional refund batches have been completed as part of our ongoing global reimbursement efforts, contributing to the continued increase in overall refund progress.
Refund processing remains actively ongoing in other regions, with upcoming batches currently being finalized and scheduled. Our teams continue working closely with payment providers and regional partners to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
We understand that some users are still awaiting their refunds, and we want to reassure you that the process is moving forward steadily. Each eligible user will receive a direct email notification outlining their individual refund timeline once their batch is ready for processing.
While certain global factors may impact timelines, our commitment to completing the refund process remains firm and unchanged.
