Globiance Refund Progress Update New Milestone Reached

Hello everyone,

Following our last update, we are pleased to share the latest progress on the refund process related to the 2024 security incident.

As of today, we have reached a significant milestone: 21.40% of the overall refund process has now been completed. This progress reflects the dedicated efforts being made behind the scenes to compensate affected users.

Specifically, this means:

• 20% of all eligible users in Australia have now received their refunds.
• 20% of all eligible users in Brazil have now received their refunds.

We understand that many of you are still waiting, and we want to reassure you that the process is ongoing. The remaining refunds are being prepared in batches, and eligible users will receive a direct email notification with their specific timeline as soon as their batch is processed.

As mentioned previously, navigating global developments has introduced some variables. However, our commitment to seeing this through for our community remains strong. We will continue to share clear updates here as new milestones are reached.
