As of today, 31.24% of all user refunds have been successfully completed. This represents another meaningful step forward in our ongoing progress.

Refunds continue to be processed in batches to ensure accuracy and a smooth experience across all regions. Additional regions are currently underway, and upcoming batches are already in preparation.

We understand that some users are still awaiting their refunds. Please be assured that the process is actively progressing. Each user will receive an email with their refund details once their batch has been processed.

We remain fully committed to completing all refunds and will continue to provide regular updates.
