We’re happy to share a new update about the refund process after the 2024 security incident.

As of today, 30.42% of all user refunds have been completed. This marks another important step forward in our progress.

Refunds are being sent in batches to ensure everything is processed accurately and smoothly across all regions. More regions are currently in progress, and the next batches are already being prepared.

We understand that some users are still waiting. Please be assured that the process is actively moving forward. Each user will receive an email with their refund details once their batch is ready.

We remain fully committed to completing all refunds and will continue to share regular updates.
