We’re happy to share a new update about the refund process after the 2024 security incident.

As of today, 30.36% of all user refunds have been completed.

We also want to share that Brazil (BR) is now 100% fully refunded. This is an important step forward in our progress.

Refunds are being sent in batches to make sure everything is correct and smooth in all regions. More regions are currently in progress, and the next batches are already being prepared.

We understand that some users are still waiting. Please be assured that the process is moving forward. Each user will receive an email with their refund details when their batch is ready.

We remain fully committed to completing all refunds and will continue to share updates.
