As of today, we have reached another significant milestone, with 42.91% of total user refunds successfully completed. This demonstrates continued progress in our commitment to reimbursing all affected users in a secure and structured manner.
Refund distributions are being executed in carefully coordinated batches to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient processing across all regions.
Regional progress:
• 100% of eligible users in Hong Kong have received their refunds ✅
• 100% of eligible users in Singapore have received their refunds ✅
• 100% of eligible users in Brazil have received their refunds ✅
• 35% of eligible users in Japan have received their refunds ✅
• 80% of eligible users in Australia have received their refunds ✅
Refund processing is actively ongoing in additional regions, with upcoming batches currently being finalized and scheduled.
We understand that some users are still awaiting their refunds, and we want to reassure you that the process is moving forward steadily. Each eligible user will receive a direct email notification outlining their individual refund timeline once their batch is ready.
While certain global factors may impact timelines, our commitment to completing the refund process remains firm and unchanged.
