Refund distributions are being carried out in carefully coordinated batches to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient execution across all regions.

• 100% of eligible users in Hong Kong have received their refunds ✅
• 100% of eligible users in Singapore have received their refunds ✅
• 100% of eligible users in Brazil have received their refunds ✅
• 35% of eligible users in Japan have received their refunds ✅
• 80% of eligible users in Australia have received their refunds ✅

Refund processing is actively continuing in additional regions, with upcoming batches currently being finalized and scheduled.

We recognize that some users are still waiting for their refunds, and we want to assure you that the process is moving forward consistently. Each eligible user will receive a direct email notification with their individual refund timeline once their batch is ready.

While certain global factors may affect timelines, our commitment to completing the refund process remains firm and unchanged.
