We’re reaching out today with an important update regarding the upcoming refund batches for our users including all users in Australia and Brazil.
First and foremost, we want to acknowledge your continued patience and support. While we previously shared that we estimate users in these regions would be refunded end of February, we still can’t offer exact dates just yet. The reason for this is that we’re navigating a number of moving variables - global developments and shifting dynamics that are affecting our timeline in ways we couldn’t have anticipated.
As a result, we’ve encountered some unforeseen delays that have pushed things back slightly.
Please know that we are doing everything we can behind the scenes to move forward as quickly and smoothly as possible.
We’re currently in the process of preparing email notifications for everyone included in the next payment batch.
As soon as those emails are ready to go out, we will be sure to post a clear update here so you can stay informed every step of the way.
