Globiance OFFICIAL REFUND PROGRESS UPDATE 01/2026

To Our Valued Community Members,

We understand the frustration expressed by some users regarding the refund process, and we would like to address these concerns directly and transparently within the boundaries of what is legally and practically possible.

Our Legal Position on Information Disclosure

Globiance cannot and will not provide details of individual refunds. This includes:

• Specific transaction hashes linked to individual users
• Personal wallet details or holdings information
• Individual refund amounts or timing
• Any personally identifiable information related to the refund process

No third party can have access to internal information regarding individual user refunds or account details.
The sole exception to this policy: Regulatory authorities inquiring about users within their own jurisdiction will receive information regarding:

• The number of affected users in that country
• The total volume of refunds allocated to users in that jurisdiction
• The progress of refunds within that specific country

Incident Reporting to Authorities

We want to confirm that the incident has already been brought to the attention of authorities in 4 jurisdictions. We are cooperating fully with all relevant regulatory bodies as required by law.

The Legal Reality

Following the hacking incident, the official and legally correct advice from our legal counsel was to close the company and declare bankruptcy. This would have been the standard and protected course of action.

However, the shareholders made a voluntary decision entirely out of their own pockets to fund refunds from new business earnings. This was a decision made voluntarily and they are NOT legally obliged to do so.

Refund Process Overview

Initially: 81% of the other assets could be immediately refunded
End of 2025: Of the remaining missing tokens (mostly XDC), 8.79% have been refunded
After the upcoming round: Approximately 20% of the missing tokens will have been refunded
Future rounds: Will be calculated and announced as resources become available

The refund plan remains dynamic and depends on available resources at any given time. Refunds are being processed from small holders up to large holders. 

On Verification and Transparency

We acknowledge the desire for independent verification. However:

• Individual confirmation of refunds comes directly to each affected user when their refund is processed
• We cannot and will not release transaction hashes, wallet details, or any information that could compromise user privacy or data protection laws
• Users who wish to share their successful refund experiences publicly are free to do so this is and will remain the only public confirmation available

We remain committed to our voluntary refund program. Progress updates will be provided as each refund round is completed. We appreciate the patience of our community as we work through this complex process.
