Globiance is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our experienced marketing team. You need to have at least three years of experience within the digital marketing environment. Need to have a deep understanding of the company and know their way around the crypto environment. You will be a key part of the Marketing team and be responsible providing the best marketing services to the Globiance team.

Your duties will include liaising and staying up to date with any Crypto marketing and development and changes and ensure you are on track with the current systems and changes within Globiance.

With a global approach and focus on our Europe and Asia businesses, you will ensure ethical and responsible duties towards the company.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    What you are good at

  • Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals
  • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies


Key Skills You Have

  • Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese (native) Language and Translation
