V3 MIGRATION:

To migrate your current Globiance assets to the new V3 platform, start by creating a new account at v3.globiance.com, ideally using the same email address associated with your original Globiance account. Since we’ve switched to a new service provider, you will need to complete the KYC and POR processes again. Once your verification is complete, you can visit the V2 platform, click on the migration button, and submit the request to transfer your assets. Once the migration process is initialized, your assets will be successfully moved to the new V3 platform.

Once your KYC has been approved, the ‘START MY MIGRATION’ button will appear on exchange.globiance.com.

Click on ‘Start My Migration’ button and the process of migrating your assets from your original Globiance account over to the new V3 platform, will be initialized.

APP MIGRATION UPDATE

• We are now preparing for the App migration to V3.

• Expect V2 App outages throughout the month as we go through the process.

• If the app is unavailable, please use the V3 online version: v3.globiance.com

• If you haven't signed up for the V3 platform yet please do so. Once you have submitted your KYC, contact the support team to migrate
your V2 balances if the V2 App or V2 Web Platform is unavailable.

100% Safety of Funds

Your funds are 100% safe at all times. Even though we have to review the balances and analyze what went wrong with duplicate rewards redeeming we will simply rectify all balances and then continue as usual.
You can not lose any funds. Period.

And if you worry about the GBEX price, don't sell any GBEX and wait for the migration to end and we launched new campaigns and returned to business as usual.

The V2 platform will be gradually phased out as part of the migration to the V3 platform. During this time, staking on V2 will continue to operate as usual. However, once the V2 platform is shut down, all staking activities will need to be migrated to the V3 platform. The transition will ensure that staking rewards and balances are properly transferred, and no staking will be lost during the migration.

The staking functionalities on the V2 platform will remain online until all current staking pools have matured and run out. If you have been using the staking features on V2, you can continue to do so under the same terms until your existing pools reach their maturity dates. There will be no changes to the current staking operations, and everything will function as usual until the end of each pool’s designated term.

If the shutdown of the V2 platform occurs while your asset transfer is still pending, the support team will assist you in completing the migration process manually. You should contact support immediately if you notice that your asset transfer hasn't been completed before the shutdown. They will help ensure that your assets are successfully moved to the new V3 platform.

Once your assets are transferred to the V3 platform, any staking rewards or assets that haven't been released yet will be handled automatically by the new system. You do not need to contact support unless there is an issue with the rewards not being transferred. It is expected that everything will be properly transferred and any pending rewards will be accounted for once V2 is shut down. However, if you have any concerns or if something seems to be missing, reaching out to support would be the best option.

When the shutdown of the V2 platform is officially announced, we understand that many users will be concerned about the status of their deposited assets. Rest assured that Globiance is committed to ensuring a smooth transition. All assets, including staked tokens and rewards, will be safely transferred to the V3 platform. The migration process is being closely monitored to avoid any loss of funds. If users complete the necessary steps in the migration process and contact support as needed, their assets will be secure. As of now, we are closer to our original goal of completing the migration, which was expected by August 1st. We’re still working through some issues, but we are committed to resolving them as quickly as possible. We expect to have everything running smoothly soon, with a complete migration expected by January 2025 at the latest.
