We are pleased to share the latest update regarding the Globiance refund process following the 2024 security incident.

As of October 22, 2026, the projected refund progress is 88.88% of total user refunds completed. This figure is based on the previous daily progress pattern and should be confirmed against the latest official figures before publication.

The refund program continues to advance as additional reimbursement batches are processed across supported regions. Refund distributions are handled in batches to support accurate, secure, and efficient processing for eligible users.

Further batches are being prepared and processed for the remaining eligible users. Once an individual refund batch has been finalized, eligible users will receive a direct email notification with their applicable refund schedule. Processing timelines may vary depending on regional and operational requirements.

We understand that some users are still awaiting their refunds and appreciate their continued patience throughout the process. Further progress updates will continue to be published as additional milestones are reached.
